Dog Alligator•2 months ago Many out of staters, move to South Carolina and purchase a home to reside for a few year or permanently. Yet they still riding around with their out-of-state tags that do not contributing to the tax system. If you move from abroad into South Carolina and you purchase a home for temporary or permanent residency. You should be forced to turn in all out of state tags.
