Waste, Fraud and Abuse

I think ALL States should be audited. Im sure South Carolina has its share. I keep mentioning Horry County because it has so many issues. The infrastructure cannot handle all the building (specifically homes) that continues, Myrtle Beach smells like a toilet. There are major drainage issues. A lot of money coming in from just these homes alone. Where is it going. Residents have the right to see where every penny of our tax dollars are going.
