Voter pamphlets

When I lived in Washington state, prior to all elections, all households were mailed a voter information pamphlet with an overview of all the issues and candidates, and clear instructions on where to vote, when, and how. In SC, it is not easy to find this information - one really has to search online, and there are very few options to get information offline for folks with low internet literacy . A voter informational pamphlet for each election, mailed to all SC residents is something we need and should demand!
