Trash

Our state and particularly Columbia used to be a place where northerners and visitors from the west would aspire to visit. However, in the last 20 years it has become no more than an inner city where trash is dumped anywhere and everywhere. Nothing is ever done about it. We need harsher laws and penalties on littering. We need cameras to help enforce the laws. We need the highways dressed with flowers and stores need to be required to pay for the area around them to be kept clean and safe. Bring back our southern hospitality, CLEAN WARM AND WELCOMING
