Texting a vehicle and then text again when you bring it to your house

This is a complete and under disaster or tax in the car when we buy it and then we're taxed again for having it on our property there should be a normal tax at the DMV for your plate not for the weight of your car not just because it's your house this complete and utter travesty when I buy a car it's $ 365 property tax on a property that I'm already paying tax on but my neighbor has a truck that he pays $1,200 tax on his new truck but then we're playing property taxes for our home for being double and triple text this has to end
