It is happening in some of the most predominantly black communities whereas new development is coming and black churches are being flushed out by mainly White New Home owners churches should be protected from new development and grandfathered in. They should not be forced out of a community. They are historical black churches, and what the government is allowing is new development to come in and those new homeowners are contacting the police and claiming too much noise with a fictitious noise ordinance all in the name of new development

After they've shown up once and "learned" there isn't an ordinance, contact a lawyer. They may be able to get qualified immunity lifted so you can sue them as well as the police as a whole. Cops attitudes change when they find they may be liable.
