State Owned Roads
From "Welcome to The South Carolina Forum!"

Sumter's roads haven't been touched in over 80 years. Our roads have only been cut up and patched, and that's only made them worse. Guignard, Bultman, Broad Street, and Liberty Road are the main State Owned Roads that need help. They've gotten to the point where I hate when I hear that there's a need for me to go to town. Even firing up my bike. So, Yes! The roads are that bad. Why has it taken so long for our State to do something about them? It's not like we just started complaining. Sumter County needs help "Now!" Clarendon County's roads are better.
