Speeding cars on my road 100 mph

My road in Clover SC, 29710 needs speed bumps emplaced in front of my house. Cars are racing & draging everday, I’m tired of it, I will pay for them if you give me the ok. So how you taking the time to email me back with your answer pennys for progress is taking to long to get our roads updated

Same here for Anderson, especially in residential areas and school zones, drivers are flying without any regards for speed limits.
