Speeding and insurance rates.

The rates for auto insurance in this state is absurd. Is there a was to send uninsured motorists to jail instead of passing fees on to law abiding citizens. They get tickets for their insurance or because they have no insurance and I have to pay higher rates even though I do bo get tickets or have accidents. Reward the people who follow the rules, not punish them.
