SC Liquor Liability Law

The current liquor liability law was put in place by trial lawyers. This has had a chilling effect on music venues in the state. 90% of my dining and entertainment dollars go to North Carolina because the liability insurance for venues in South Carolina is prohibitively expensive. I’m lucky to live close enough to enjoy spending my money out of state each week. We support live music and local businesses. Too bad we can’t do that in South Carolina.
