Property tax on disabled residents

Zero property takes I'm disabled adults making less than $25,000 yearly. I'm permanently disabled, receive the homestead cut and still required to pay property tax. It takes a lot of the SSI payment I receive in December. Charleston county doesn't need the over $150 they receive from poor disabled residents!
