Pot for pot holes

Legalize marijuana, as polls have shown the majority of SC wants, and use the taxes for fixing the roads and infrastructure. The current leadership just passed a bill to make it all more illegal, when really all they need is to follow any of the other numerous states processes to regulate. The tax income would be high, the population in jail would go down, it would disrupt the black market, and law enforcement could focus on serious crimes and drugs running our state, like meth.
