Peak electric times

This is making it very difficult for people to get ready in the morning winter time 6 am-9 am or spring summer 3 pm- 6pm when coming home from work. Paying $65.00 for 1hr for making a cup of coffee, turning on a light or two to get ready for school or work and heating something up in the microwave is ridiculous, this put my electric bill up to almost $200.00. This needs to be fixed.
