Overbuilding without Infrastructure Improvements

Zion Hill Road as an example, is graded out on the right side headed towards Main St. for Tract Housing and Apartments. Meadow Brook, which goes right off Zion Hill leads to 100’s of new lots which exit back to Zion Hill. The county has made no apparent effort to make any improvements on Zion Hill with the exception of a Roundabout at Zion Hill and Sloans Grove which is below all of the new housing!!! I understand that Roundabouts are the new rage for the County!!!!
