Over development

We don't need anymore new houses built in Myrtle Beach. There needs to be a moratorium of some sort. We don't have the infrastructure to support all the excessive development. This area used to be known for it's golf courses. The number of courses has dropped considerably in the last few decades. The latest being River Oaks golf course. Why? To build houses. It's getting rediculas.
