Mill Hill neighborhood

My partner and I bought a home on Powell Street off Goddard going on 3 years ago now. We love our neighbors on our immediate portion of Powell. We all take pride in our homes and maintain our properties. I'm a 72 year old man with some respiratory issues. A health concern is the nightly burning of trash. Not yard waste but plastics, Styrofoam and the like. There is no excuse for this as it costs nothing but your time to take garbage to the local landfill and recycle centers. Evening porch sitting is not pleasant with this toxic smoke filled air.
