Medicaid community waivers and IRID waivers waiting lists for special needs adults.

Have been waiting since 2019 for the Medicaid waivers to help adult daughter with autism/ intellectual disabilities. I am told we STILL have several more years! She really needs help now. Evidently the SC Legislature isn't funding anymore slots unless someone dies or moves out of state. The wait list is up to 30,000 plus. The waivers allows one to get very expensive services. Please SC Legislature Please start funding for these slots. I do know that federal helps but it has to start with the state Medicaid.
