Mandatory vaccination by employers should be prohibited!

Since Covid, many employers have gone on to mandate vaccines. I for one know that Spartanburg Regional Hospital has been denying 100% of MMR and Varicella vaccine religious exemptions that have been submitted since February 2026. I believe this is unethical and cannot be mandated by an employer as it goes against our first amendment on what this country was founded on. Vaccination should be a personal choice between the individual and his or her belief system and not be a basis for getting hired or not. Our state leaders need to address this!!
