Legalize Hemp

I’m asking South Carolina to fix the lack of clear hemp regulation. Responsible retailers who test products, verify age, and educate customers should not be treated the same as unregulated sellers. A fair hemp retailer license would protect consumers, support small businesses, and preserve local jobs while ensuring safe, transparent access to hemp products.
