Journalism a free press being inherently a part of a free republic along with an informed populace, the right of a free press should not be infringed. If it can be determined that the press is propaganda for ideas, behaviors and cultural mores seditious to a free state and a free nation infringement upon the press should be enforced. Like movie maturity ratings, journalism requires oversight. Licensed journalists will be graded and their grade published in their work. “News” must be qualified by content, subjective bias and unstated vs. tacit facts.
