LANDSCAPERS Putting DEBRIS in the streets

I can’t tell you how many homes & businesses that have landscapers. I have seen just the other day on Sunset Rd. South Carolina education dept on the corner had landscapers, move, edge and blow leaves & debris. The only problem was they were blowing all the grass , leaves & whatever trash that was mixed in. They were using leaf blowers to blow it in the streets instead of sweeping it up. it clogs storm drains, debris on the road in rain wet leaves & grass becomes slippery! FINES SHOULD BE ISSUED ! Reminders sent out to everyone ! CLEAN UP
