Infrastructure worst than NM , Taxes ? Roads worst than NM ,Cost of Living.

Married from Texas with 9month old we moved here last year to the capital of South Carolina . I’d never of guessed it’s the state capital . Infrastructure is worse than that of NM and the taxes here are so fraudulent I don’t see any of the money being poored back into the state on these basic necessities . Unfortunately roads are the worst condition ive seen . So my $2000 taxes on registration and everyone else’s do nothing for the basic infrastructure we’re forced to pay taxes on. Lastly, Cost Of Living is gross state takes tax , but where does it go?
