Infrastructure

Road construction in the Lancaster county area takes forever. The Marvin Rd/521 intersection has been under construction for over two years. This should have not taken this long to complete and it would appear to be a waste of funding. Also the widening of 521 should not be taking as long as it is especially with the rapidly increasing tax base.
