Infrastructure

The legislature alway trying to lower taxes rather than looking at what needs to be fixed, or addressed proactively. The infrastructure in this state is always lagging way behind the growth taking place throughout the state. Developers who were "grandfathered in" shouldn't be allowed to continue overbuilding which puts more cars on already overburdened roads. Overdevelopment is allowed while no agency is responsible to determine if such development is good fit for each community or if infrastructure for that community can handle such development.
