Increase the Homestead exemption from 50k to 150k

The Homestead tax exemption started in 1972 and was set at 50k.. Taxes and home values have increased by approximately 750% . Seniors are being forced out of the homes due to no longer being able to keep up with the increase cost of taxes and repairs/ upkeep to their homes. Also no school taxes on seniors 65 + or disabled.
