First of all, people need to stop lying about ICE. ICE is not deporting legal citizens. Most of the issues on this platform are due to an influx of illegal aliens. Schools are overwhelmed with the amount of non English speaking students. Former good paying jobs have been taken away by the ability to under bid contracts with cheaper under skilled labor. The healthcare systems are also struggling to keep up due to the massive amount of Medicare and Medicare that the illegal immigrant population is using. Forcing taxpayers to fund all of the bills.

I think all Americans are fine with ICE deporting "the worst of the worst". I think many, if not most, are not fine with ICE deporting immigrants who are contributing to make our country great, and who are better people than many American citizens. If you didnt know, immigrants pay more into the system than they take out. If you didnt know, immigrants are ineligible for Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, voting and more. Regarding ICE: this agency has been around for 22 years, quietly doing its job - until now. ICE has absolutely detained and deported LEGAL American citizens. OThe methods ICE uses now are just plain illegal, and cruel and absolutely unnecessary. Agents need better training and direction from their leaders. Their leaders need to adhere to the Constitution (due process, legal search and seizure with a warrant signed by a judge) and also mandate less terror tactics (no masks, no excessive force, wear body cameras - all common sense tactics used by every police force in America). Respect is earned.

Undocumented immigrants pay taxes but get NO SS, Medicare or Medicaid. Not any food programs. Look it up.

@Coyote Fish Thank you - was just about to reply the same. Furthermore, on a different, but similar front, no Latinas I know would ever speak so poorly of their Black and White neighbors - at least the majority of them don't blame their problems on others.

@Coyote Fish they're not supposed to, but it's been proven that they do. Especially when they steal someone else's SS#. People have lost their disability income because their SS showed at a job in another state.
