I'm concerned about developement when its already difficult to get some basic services

Hi! I am noticing more and more housing where there is already a waiting list for dentistry, gyno and my stepdad waited an unusual length of time in the emergency room with a heart attack. And the housing is very pricey especially considering what workers all along the grand strand make monthly. And i dont know if pay can go up in a lot of cases. Thanks
