HOA’s

Homeowners should be in control of their Homeowners Associations, not developers who acquire HOA’s, increase fee’s and fines (taxes) on homeowners without proper representation. Annual meetings are not in-person meetings where all questions from homeowners are asked or discussed during an open forum. HOA’s have also violated fair competition limiting cable and internet to only one source. There is currently no legal recourse for homeowners who are being abused and mistreated by corporate owned / controlled HOA’s in SC.
