Within a five year span, twice of my knowledge, SC has tried to pass a Death penalty for women who receive abortions. If a child is sexually assaulted by their parent that child cannot, within the laws of SC, receive an abortion. A woman's body is hers, and hers alone. We, as a state must find common ground, life is sacred, we can all agree to that. But something must be done so that children can remain children, and women can choose when they wish to become mothers.
