Gasoline prices

How about changing gasoline prices only once a week to avoid price gouging. When a situation that we just had where the prices fluctuates so much this proposal will be a deal. There's only one state that I'm aware of that makes it happen and that's New Jersey and they it once a week on Thursdays. I believe this will help the consumer and stop the gauching.
