Fee in lieu of taxes

Presently, Spartanburg County has no method by which agreements for fee and lieu are met in a timely and agreed upon fashion. The fee in lieu is costing county taxpayers while businesses are reaping the benefit. This should be ceased and seized immediately. There’s no planning for the housing and road requirements that are a result of the growth. Remember, planning is the best done in advance.
