Empty Buildings repurposed

I want to make a suggestion. Communities can repurpose empty buildings to house homeless. In exchange for housing., Homeless folks can be paid to pick up trash in our cities and highways. It’s a solution for reusing empty buildings l, cleaning up our state, giving homeless folks a way to earn money. Maybe it could be funded through some type of tax. Not a big one. Other states may have programs like this already.
