Improve internet infrastucture and affordable accessibility to ALL residents particularly in lower income areas. We don’t have fiber optic or even dial up internet in many areas of our county which puts many students at a disadvantage as internet based curriculum becomes more widely used in classes. This seriously hampered our students during home based pandemic.online classes. teachers should be compensated equitably with increased pay as their accomplishments warrant. Offer incentive programs to encourage teachers to increase their skills.
