Drunk Drivers Who Kill People Should Get the Death Penalty

Among the numerous ways our appallingly lax DUI laws and enforcement need to be strengthened, drunk drivers who kill people should face mandatory prosecution and be subject to the death penalty if found guilty without exception. There is no excuse for drinking and driving, and drunk drivers who are killers are just as culpable for their actions as any other murderer.
