We need to up the consequences for DV in this state. We lead in DV complaints and yet we have one of the lowest convictions. And the state appointed prosecutors are spread too thin to see to it justice is served, because there are so many cases to address. Please deals shouldn't be on the table for these. And if you get charged with DV 2nd, I think you deserve more than 90 day or 6 months of classes as a consequence. Especially when we have to people moving here from other states everyday. These people are walking in blind.
