Develop a plan that ensures that our roads are repaired and maintained. Litter enforcement is also needed.

We have too many main roads that are covered with potholes and unsafe to drive on. When I travel I am really impressed with the state of Florida roads and the way they maintain their roads. Can our DOT and elected officials conference with them and find out what works.
