Courts

There needs to be better checks on judges. We can vote out politicians, but the judiciary very rarely does more than write a stern letter for judges who act inappropriately. Some Judges don't disclose that they know the defendant(s). Others legislate from the bench; that is not their job. Some repeatedly give a slap on the wrist to repeat offenders, some of whom go on to bigger crimes and murder as we've seen this year. Before we have a judge denying the Bill of Rights, as has been done in NY and HI, we need something in place to counter immunity.
