Connect all major cities in SC with fast passenger train service

I responded to another post about the traffic and infrastructure issues here in South Carolina..... I was stationed in Germany in the 1980s. They have an excellent Transit system between town and city hubs. From any major city in Germany, you can catch a fast train to any other major city in Germany that will have you there in hours. Once you get there, you don't have to worry about parking. You can catch a a electric street, car, bus, or taxi. You don't have to worry about finding parking once you get there. They did excellent job of passenger safety
