Caregiver pay for level 3 Autistic children

My 8 year old daughter has level 3 Regressive Autism Spectrum Disorder with Severe ADHD and despite being verbal and highly intelligent in subjects of her choosing, she depends on me for her basic daily care and safety, as she has severe sensory issues, is extremely impulsive, fearless, and has little social skills. I wish I could earn pay to stay home with her, especially lately, as her father works for the TSA and having even a small income of my own would help us greatly. However, we got denied for disability and told we could not appeal.
