It's time we get rid of the ridiculous law Alcoholic Beverage Control Act in Title 61 of the South Carolina Code of Laws. that says liquor and beer can't be sold in the same building. This law makes it extremely inconvenient for citizens who grocery shop and like to pick up beer and liquor.
