Make leaving flyers on doors(or anywhere near the house) a punishable offense with a fine that, when collected, a potion goes back to the homeowner. In goose Creek, I have noticed more and more people soliciting door-to-door trying to get homeowners to buy roofing products, etc. the issue I have is they leave these flyers in the door which means they are effectively marking doors for potential criminals to target those houses. In addition to this, most of the profit from these jobs is through financing not the actual service.
