Affordable Housing

I see a lot of construction on new housing apartments that are supposed to be based on your income I see why Columbia is facing so much homelessness a lot of these families are sleeping in their cars and have no place to go how is affordable housing based on your credit and your background a lot of these people have low credit and have evictions what happened to the Second Chance Apartments I don't understand where the world is going but there's no help out there for Working Families anymore and the sickens me as well as saddens me
