Accountability

All candidates claim they will magically produce things to their voters that can never happen. We need candidates that understand the positions they seek and the parameters of that position. People will not feel so used when candidates can't fulfill the promises that they make. Guidelines for every elected position should come out with filing dates so candidates better understand what they can and can't do. Therefore constituents won't feel like they've been lied to when they can't do the things that they promised.
