Accountability

There are current loopholes in the food stamps program that need to be addressed. 1. Fathers in the home not disabled that are not working and simply left off the application. 2. No income yet staying in a home in which there is a monetary rent payment? 3. No current lease/utilities proof for each recertification. Furthermore, the FS program should be run like the WIC voucher system. Education and classes required for vouchers.
